As a carer of a child or an adolescent who is Outside-the-Box it can be exhausting, exhilarating and exacerbating … all at the same time!! Who else understands this?

Elements of the Program: The program includes experiential practices, practical skill development, group discussion, explanatory metaphors, visualisations, meditation, and homework exercises.  Some of the topics covered are:

  • Your experience of OCD - what's working and what isn't?

What - the foundation of a practice known as Wholebody Focusing (WBF), Grounded Presence training is a place where we learn the tools to more safely connect to - our authentic selves and our experiences.
