How are you coping with the lack of social contact? How are you feeling about your studies or your work opportunities? How are your relationships fairing with your family or your partner?
How are you feeling within yourself?
Living during the time of COVID is extremely challenging and most noticeably for young people. Many are describing concerns for their mental health.
If you are seeking additional support or attending therapy is outside of what you can afford, please consider this group.

20 - 35 year olds
struggling to navigate living in the time of COVID - anxiety, depression, loneliness - whatever you are experiencing, there is space for it here

Who is the group not for:
if you are at risk of self harm or suicide
If you are struggling with addiction
